Laila Asked: My dog keeps scratching but He doesnt have fleas?He keeps scratching in the same spot & some of his nipples are are very inflamed and red. Could it be heartworm or mites? He doesnt have fleas & I put the treatment on him & gave him a bath nothing seems to work. How much wud it be for his med & to take him to the vet? Thanks in advance.
