Richard asks…What is your opinion of electric training collars for dogs. My neighbour is using one on his dog and the yelpshe gives when he gets a zap are really upsetting. Is there anything I can do or are they legal. It seems cruel to me.admin answers:They are perfectly legal. Talk to your neighbor; if they don't listen, there's not much you can do. You could complain to the police about the yelps, and say you're being disturbed. The training collars, if used correctly are wonderful.
