Donna asks…Are shock collars cruel to use on an older DOG who barks alot?We have an older St. Bernard at work that barks when UPS etc comes in the building. A girl that works there told my boss she was a trainer. I saw the stupid girl go over to the dog and yank his collar until the dogs legs buckled. She then slapped the crap out of the dog 3 times.
