They look like when we humans get burns or blThey are covering her poor stomach and she nips at them and licks constantly causing some of them to scab. My vet told me it was "normal" for puppies. But this is the 3rd time for her to get them and I am starting to think it isn't normal. I gave her a Benadryl to try and stop the itching and barely had any effect on her.
