Dexley Asked: Will it hurt a dog to switch food?Okay, my grandma lives on fixed income so she can only afford so much. I try to help her out as much as I can. Main thing being that I pay for vet care, (because there's just no way she could afford it). Anyway, I live a few hours away & I prefer my local vet to hers. Usually about once a month my little sister will come stay the weekend with me, when she does she brings the dogs (grandma's). Thing is at their house they eat dry
