And he leaves his dog, who is a sweet tri colored lab/pitt mix out side in his dirty, and very smelly yard with out food and water. He has a dog house but the dog dosent know how to use it, and the only reason he has it is because animal control told him to buy one, and the dogs eye is very red and swollen, and is weeping, its been like that for months,
