Scott Asked: I can't figure out how to make my dog a service animal.?I have legitimate physical and psychiatric disabilities (most notably, PTSD). I can't seem to get any help from the V.A. or from doctors or therapists about this, nor from web searches. It turns up conflicting advice, such as websites that offer to "certify" my dog for money without knowing much about me, yet servicedogcentral.org says that that isn't legit. Please help! Thanks.
