Dog Training Questions

Mark asks…My dog is 8 mos old. SHE WILL NOT WALK ON A LEASH AT ALL. I want her to jog/walk with me at nights. How can I?I have tried coaxing her to follow me on a leash, I have even tried to pull her down the sidewalk. She will plant all fours and just drag like a 50 some odd bag of dry cement. When I stop to try and coax her again, she lays down and puts her head in between her front paws. I jog at night in a not so safe area, (please no comments on not to jog where I do, its the area I live
