does my dog have mange?

Asked: does my dog have mange?i've had my dog for more than several years now. and i've noticed that he has no hair around his eyes, neck area, stomach, and ears. and his skin is black and flacky and has some kinda "sun spots" his dry skin goes everywhere and hes kinda smelly. he sometimes bites his skin and can;t stop itching. i've noticed that he also thining and losing weight. and he also has a lump on his stomach. if feel so bad for my dog. my mom went to the vet
