September full moon. Wild boar stalking and hunting.
I really like hunting during the full moon in September. This year the full moon was actually on the last day or 1st October, but the best hunting really starts a week before at first quarter when it is not too light. Most of the crops are all gone and wild boar feed on stubbles and sown fields. They also cannot resist maize fields. However, this year there were plenty of acorns in the woods and pigs spent most of the nights under oak trees and only were coming out the trees for a quick munch
