Dog Training Questions

Paul asks…My Dogs Female and Male The Female is about 3 and the Male about 2 how do i train th?its hard to train them when your only 14 they get along like they were made for each other they do everything together and when i say everything i mean EVERYTHING. When i try to train them to sit they usually get distracted i don't need Professionals I prefer I train them in a familiar environment i live on the corner of a somewhat busy side street and a VERY busy Main St so a simple honk of a horn
