Dog Training Questions

Mandy asks…training my dog?i have a rat terrier collie mix and he does NOT listen. he constantly poops and pees ALL OVER THE HOUSE. we need to know if there are any secrets to training them. like sit, come, stay, etc etc. please dont give me links to sites to buy stuff. i do not want to buy anything. im jsut asking if you know any secrets or things that i could teach my dog to be well behaved. he was born last october. hes not even a year old. the only thing he responds to is "no"... for
