David asks…How can I train my dog to stop frantically barking everytime he sees another dog?My dog was not trained nor sent to obedience school when he was a puppy (he's 3 years old now), and when we adopted him, he was pretty easy to train except for one area: he continues to bark like mad everytime he sees another dog. When we are walking, he cannot control himself but he will tug and TUG while whining and barking at that other dog (while the other dog ignores him!).
This is also a problem
