Asked: Does this sound like it's time to put my dog (pomeranian) to sleep?My pom is about 10 years old. He has had black skin disease for about 3 years so all of his fur is gone. To make matters worse, he has some kind of skin infection that is slowly moving up his head. He is very itchy and his skin is warm to the touch. He also has a lot of blisters.
