Anja Asked: Moderatly or sedentary active?So i go to school everyday and walk my dog to a little hill for 45, 3 times a week and i go swimming for 30 mins 2 times a week. Plus i go out with friends a lot, especially on fridays. Plus i have P.E. In school 2 times a week, once for 1h and 15 mins and once for 30 mins. Am i sedentary or moderatly? I really wanna know THANKS!
