Ann Asked: Hi My dog has a rash could be yeast infection.?I have a German shepherd.He has a rash under his belly, around his genitals, it has now gone to his feet and he keeps chewing his feet so they are starting to bleed.The rash has gone black.I think its a yeast infection.Does anyone know a good cure for this.At the moment I have not took him to the vets because he gets all worked up about getting into car, hates vets.The good thing is there is a vets opening at the top of our street next
