We're gonna have this drawing and you will have to buy rifle tickets. The winner wins this teacup poodle, it's really not ours and we're not gonna give it away. My neighbor has one so I'm just gonna borrow it. The rifle tickets will cost 10 dollars, and I know people will buy them. What do you think? will it
