chizz Asked: my puppy drags my kitten my the neck?ok well, my puppy is about 4 months old and my kitten about 6-7 months and my pup will pull her by her neck,ear or collar, and she fights with her all the time and also my other 3 year old cat, and when they are fighting my kitten will fight back but when she is getting dragged she can't really do anything, and when i see my dog doing this i stop her and do that hit thing that Cesar Millan does, but she doesn't learn not to do it, how
