Am I in the wrong here?
<div><div><h2> Asked: Am I in the wrong here?</h2>I have a Jack Russell, she isn't the most friendly of dogs but I wouldn't say she is very aggressive either.<br><br>I took her up the walk in the fields where I live. If there is NO ONE around I will let her off the lead, however If i see another person she goes back on. Down a walk way to exist the fielded area there was a few other people with dogs ahead talking.<br><br>I walked
