Mind Asked: Large blue storage container on my street in front of the neighbors house is emitting electronic hignoises, what is the logical explanation for this? it's been a sedentary chain locked blue storage dump container with approximate dimensions of 6 ft. width by 7 ft. height by 11 ft. lengthWTF is in this thing? It sounds like a complex technological device?!fyi this is the first time I've heard the noise coming out of it, my boyfriend and i were walking my dog late tonight/
