High Pet Abandonment Areas?
MmmPepsi Asked: High Pet Abandonment Areas?I was wondering where the highest rate of pet abandonment is? Like specific areas. I'm not talking about dropping off at the humane society or a pound, but dogs and cats thrown out on the street/in the desert/woods, etc. I know I can't rescue all the animals out there, but one day I do wish to go find one and give it the life it deserves, give them a crack at what they should have had from the start.
