Amanda Asked: My dog tore the carpet in my apartment, do I have to pay for it?My apartment has old, smelly carpet that really needs to be replaced. It already had a rip in it and my dog pulled on it. He pulled up the corner, so its like a flap. I can lay it back down but you can kind of tell it there. The carpet is so old I don't think it's ever been changed. If I move out can she charge me to replace the whole carpet?
