How do I get rid of fleas?

Miguel Asked: How do I get rid of fleas?I have a 2-year-old black pug who sheds a lot of fur (cold and warm times), with occasional dandruff. He is bathed at least twice a week (that might be bad). I found almost 6 fleas out of 10 rounds of brushing him with a thin-teethed comb. He's fed with mostly dog food and some human foods. I also tried combing him with the same comb I mentioned earlier.Please recommend anything one must do to get rid of his/ her own puppy's fleas. Thank you
