Dog pushes her neck into my face?

Asked: Dog pushes her neck into my face?When she lays on me she'll often press her neck/face into my face. Almost like she's suffocating me it's so hard. If I make little lip smacking noises she even takes it as a sign to do this. While she's doing it she doesn't want to move, like I can push her and she wants to push right back to where she was. She's very submissive so I am wondering if this is some bizarre submissive idea for dogs.I read someone saying it is
