My 11 month german shepherd dog has a lump on his elbow under the skin (hair on still)?

Cody Asked: My 11 month german shepherd dog has a lump on his elbow under the skin (hair on still)?I am curious if this is something I should be worried about considering its only on one elbow and he didn't appear to be in any discomfort from it. I am under the assumption he bumped it perhaps because he was running all over the house etc. I noticed it today but it is about the size of a golfball a little larger perhaps. Not quite a baseball to clarify. The hair is still on around the elbow
